ADVANCED BOOKING DURATION
The customer can make the booking 365 days in advance.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All confirmed bookings made via the website need to be cancelled on the website, and all confirmed bookings made via telephone need to be cancelled by telephone.
1. All confirmed bookings must be cancelled before 2 days from the date of arrival for a 100% refund. All bookings cancelled after that will attract 100% charges for the number of nights booked.
2 (a) All confirmed bookings during expo or exhibition periods shall attract 100% retention charges for the complete duration of the booking. A refund is only possible if the exhibition is cancelled.
b. All confirmed bookings during expo or exhibition periods can be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival without any charges.
c. Any cancellation for confirmed bookings during expo or exhibition periods within 30 days from the arrival date will attract 100% charges for the number of room nights booked.
d. All confirmed bookings during expo or exhibition periods may be refunded if effected due to "natural calamities."
